Using advanced brewing techniques to elevate both malt character and crispness, we’ve produced a Japanese-style ‘dry’ lager that presents very bright, and with a pleasant hop profile everyone can enjoy. The lightly grainy and unique malty character comes from a blend of pale malts, rice and corn in addition to brewing technique. We use noble hop varietals throughout, including Hallertau Mittelfruh and Czech Saaz. This premium lager drinks very light and pairs well with any meal. Kanpai! (GRAIN-TO-GLASS: 5-6 WEEKS)
