Very similar to the Dos Hazy Boy, we changed out the yeast and cleared this up for a unique take on our award winning recipe. The late hopping provides the same intense hop experience through flavor and aroma instead of, but not without, mild bitterness. We use Citra, Sultana Cryo, and HBC 586 hops, which produces a huge tropical fruit aroma and flavor dominated by pineapple with mild citrus, but there is no fruit juice in this beer.
