Serafina is an experiment by nature and every release is truly unique. Sourcing wine grapes from local and regional vineyards we add them to the wart and allow the beer to spontaneously ferment naturally using only the yeasts found on the grapes themselves. The result is a terroir experience not found anywhere else. Salute!
INGREDIENTS: Malt (2-Row), Utah Wheat, Utah Oats, Utah Grapes, Hops, Yeast, Water.

500ml bottle picked up at the brewery. Pours clear dark ruby with a small pink head that dissipates quickly, some lacing. Grapes, balsamic vinegar, Brett, tart, oak, dry finish. Ok, but not for me.
