Our small batch beers are made on our on barrel pilot system, and they don't last long. We took this tart and mildly salty German beer style and added a bit of Habenero for some heat, a bunch of mango purée and a touch of Celtic Sea Salt.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a small white head, light lacing. Similar to the Mango Gose with a little bit of heat from the habaneros. Still not much of a Gose, no salt. The habaneros help this been a lot over the base.
