Our small batch beers are made on our on barrel pilot system, and they don't last long. We took this tart and mildly salty German beer style and added a bunch of mango purée and a touch of Celtic Sea Salt 5.0% ABV 10 IBU

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a small white head, light lacing. Mango, sweet grains, pithy grapes. Ok. I don't get any salt flavors. More of blonde.
