Biotransformer is a unique IPA brewed with Sabro and ldaho 7 hops. The way we brew IPA is basic, it is how we use hops that makes this beer special. Our brew team uses an enzyme found in Sauvignon Blanc grapes from New Zealand. This enzyme creates biotransformation in the hops that releases Thiols with very strong tropical fruit aromatics and flavors that you cannot achieve by simply

16oz bottle picked up at the state store. Pours clear golden with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Sweet berries, fruit, pineapple, zesty, perfume. Different.
