An ode to simplicity. Organic Weyermann Specialty Malts, Organic Hopsteiner Hops, and aged in Missouri White Oak. A tale as old as time. The malt bill presents subtle notes of crisp bread and peanut brittle. The hops pop with notes of grassy white peach.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Bubbes that last forever. Oak, grains, wheat, bread, straw. Very good, easy drinking.
