750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, dense, firm, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Mildly yeasty funky and slightly fruity aroma, hints of brine, mustard seed, some peach. Taste is tart, mildly tangy, slightly yeasty funky and minimally fruity, hints of brine, unripe peach, a lactic touch, some yoghurt, salty yoghurt.
Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Very light, refreshing, fairly mild, not overly fruity - decent.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice peach forward great sour tartness. Taste is more of the nice big peach forward notes and a barrel sour tartness.
