煮沸不同麥芽，加入紅葡萄柚汁、紅茶和烏龍茶模擬波爾茶，發酵時選用混濁型酵母，賦予酒體果香的聯想。冷泡啤酒花選擇紐西蘭的 Taiheke和 Motueka、美國的Citra Cryo，柑橘調的香氣撲鼻而來，入口仍是酒花與酵母主導了鮮果柳橙風味，尾端衝出葡萄柚酸甜微苦的個性。

Bottle pours out hazy orange topped with a sand head. Nose is nice citrus tangerine mango notes. Taste is more of the tangerine citrus mango kick.
