Clear red amber colour, white head. Quite a looker! Aroma of hops, raisins, honey, malts and caramel. Sweet flavour, light yeast, light sour note, berry juice and caramel. Malty finish, some lingering sour notes, light citrus. The pomegranate isn’t really outspoken in this one, I’d say.

Bottle shared with Veitfan. The colour is reddish amber with a light beige medium head. Well carbonated. Fruity aroma of wood, dried fruit, candy, dades and vanilla. Flavours of raspberries, sweet fruit, leather and has a sour and tart ending. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A fruity and sweet beer with a fine balance.

65 cl bottle @ Timo A, no BBE entry
Aroma has vanilla, berries, peat and hints of vegetables. Flavour has smoke, berries, some vanilla and hints of resin. Odd, but somehow I like this. The berry notes disturb a bit though. Adding the yeast gives this a harsh tone.

0.65l bottle. This is a light cloudy amber-brown one with a medium sized light bubbly beige top. On the nose it's light spicy and sweet with tones of wheat, oranges, dark caramel and a faint whiff of cardboard. Quite nice flavors. Not directly low on the bitterness, but it's definitely not to hoppy and perhaps a tad on the sweet side. It's soft to average on the carbonation and it has a light gliding-oily mouthfeel. I get sweet licorice in the taste along with a zesty-bitterness. Oily orange zest I beleive. Some mild spicy touches in the flavor also, and a mild wood- and dried fruit like dryness. Yeah, I find this interesting and I like how it taste. 07.10.2012

10cl sample (bottle) at Vulkan ølfestival. Slightly hazy amber with a small off-white head. Sugary aroma with fruits, malt and caramel. Quite sweet and sugary with some fruits and bitterness. Some citrus in the finish too. No quite my cup of tea, but fair enough. (2012-10-03)
