10 ounce at the brewery - lightly hazy gold - presents more like a tripel than a saison - fairly sweet, with notes of peach, white grape, peppery spice, melon - some kind of unclean phenolics on the tail end - messy, but not terrible.

Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice brett forward some grass. Taste is more of the nice brett touch some herbs and wheat.
