Are you someone who likes the end of the loaf of bread? Are you someone who shouldn't be spoken to until at least half of your first cup of coffee is gone? Well, do we have a beer for you! Tmave (Czech for dark) Pivo (beer) is a lager that showcases bread crust, caramel, and subtle coffee roast in the finish. Brewed with floor malted bohemian pils and black malt, it is mashed in a labor intensive way, boiled for an extended time with Cz saaz hops and RO water, then fermented with Budvar yeast and naturally carbonated. Sort of a cousin to the Schwarzbier, its not what most people think when you say Lezak... errrr lager.
