Tmave (Czech for dark) Pivo (beer) is a lager that showcases bread crust, caramel, and subtle coffee roast in the finish. Brewed with floor malted bohemian pils and black malt, it is mashed in a labor intensive way, boiled for an extended time with Cz saaz hops and RO water, then fermented with Budvar yeast and naturally carbonated. Sort of a cousin to the Schwarzbier, its not what most people think when you say Lezak... errrr lager.
