Bottle. A slow gusher, producing a dense, finger-thick off-white head over a clear, golden body. Some sourish notes in the aroma, almost brett like, with fruityness and some pale malts. Certainly brettish flavor with lemon, bitterness and some biscuity maltyness. Dry, medium bodied and quite effervescent. Bitter, lemony and bretty finish. I don’t think the brett is intended, but it suits the beer quite well. 120623
