Draught @ Swan Inn, 86 Wood Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, England L1 4DQ.Clear dark brown colour with a large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark roasted, bubble gum - mint notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120117]

Black with thick creamy head. A reasonable amount of bitterness. Some bittersweet cocoa and caramel come through. Texture is rather thin and watery.
