A blend of young Imperial stout cold conditioned in stainless steel and Imperial Stout from Weller Bourbon Barrels aged 16 months. Conditioned on whole Madagascar Vanilla beans, toasted Coconut and Coffee from our friend's farm in Guatemala, brought to the PNW by Onyx Coffee, and roasted by Steed Roasters.

16oz (thx Tom B. for picking up and keeping it for all that long time during the pandemic) @ SalesForce. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: nice chocolate, vanilla, some coconut and coffee, a touch of bourbon. Taste: along the same lines, moderately sweet and a little bit boozy. Overall: good one.

Poured from 473mL can. Black with small tan head. Fair amount of coffee, mild vanilla, quite feint hint of barrel and coconut. A little underwhelming.

Tasting at Salesforce, courtesy of Sergey, can
Black colour, almost no head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, vanilla, amaretto, alcohol. Good body structure, moderate sweetness, it's actually less thick than Imperial Stouts we are getting used to; prominent coffee flavour, bitter almonds, warming alcohol.
Very good.
