Bottle pours out purple red topped with a fizzy head. Nose is sour tart pithy raspberry seeds and some jam. Taste is more of the nice berries tart sour notes.

Bottle. Pours s cloudy ruby purple with a white head that dissipates quick to the edges. Aroma has a great tart raspberry note with oak and grains backing. Flavor has very sour raspberry with some oak notes underlying.
