At Cushwa there has been an ongoing exploration in process, ingredients, and techniques to try and push the envelope of what we can provide in the way of hoppy beers to our customers. High Hopes is fermented with our House Ale yeast strain. We decided to showcase HBC-472 hops while also using its sister hop Sabro to bring out even more of the coconut, and tropical aromas and flavors found in the hop. Then added a touch of Citra to help round out the flavor profile. We hope you enjoy this beer, and our passion to keep a constant evolution in our line of hoppy beers.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit pineapple coconut. Taste is more of the nice pineapple forward notes that coconut is wild.

16 oz can from Tavour, 10/14/21. Hazy yellow color with a white head. Pineapple, coconut, and some mango. Peach and melon notes as well. Juicy, clean, and really tasty. Nice flavor. Definitely sweet, but definitely works. Quite bright and crushable. 8/4/9/4/17
