This beer was created using 4 different varietals of organic stone fruit picked and processed throughout the 2021 harvest. All of the fruit was grown by the Collins family at their orchards in Selah, Washington.
Three varietals of pluots and an aprium were blended in order to showcase the character of the land and work at Collins Family Orchards. The fruit was refermented with a blend of wheat and oat saison chosen to highlight the varietals and then refermented to condition with organic sugar.

750ml bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is great big stone fruit apricot peach nice barrel. Taste is more of the great stone fruit mix, very well balanced and nice funk.
