Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. From Kernel rot box. Clear caramel / red coloured pour. Aroma is caramel, honey malts and some spicy root veg. A little stale. Flavour is composed of nice malt, caramel , honey, choc and a hint og lingering roast in the finish. Ok, but some signs of age.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Light haze on this deep red - amber beer. Good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and airy with fine carbonation. Creamy malt, light lactose. Little caramel. Whisper of dark malt character. Light dry finish. Okay.
