cloudy yellow, smooth white head. mild flowery aroma, flavor is exotic fruity, fruty, flowery, fruit peely, way more various kinds of hops and yeast spicy flavors than the usual biere de garde. tastes like a saison with some extra spiff.

Gold-coloured beer, medium white head. Vinous nose, plastic. Toasted malts, CO² very obvious, bit of restsugars, but also hops present in the finish. Not very drinkable - this is my beef: this ought to be a spring beer, thus a "Bière de Mars", which is eminently "quaffable" (horrible term, I agree). Apples appearing in the aftertaste. Not really bad, but not what Bière de Mars is about.
