On tap at the brewery and also bottle a couple times. Pours out a hazy peach color topped with a white head. Nose is big jammy peach notes with a nice oak barrel creamy vanilla and some tartness.Taste is more of the nice peach notes well sweet jammy balance with the tart sour notes.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a Cloudy copper with an off white head. Aroma of peaches and chewing gum. Flavors of sour peach and oak. Smooth tart finish. I would not categorize this as a Tripel but it is a delicious sour ale.
