At Meriwether downtown. Very light yellow crystal clear dry and tart is right. Light and clean apple notes with a little hooch character

On tap pours out a pale dish water color topped with a small white head. Nose is light crisp apples and some spice. Taste is super dry pucker apples and some wood almost.
