An American style pale ale generously hopped for that big hop aroma and flavor typical of the style. This brew is golden in color with a medium body, and was fermented with Ringwood English Ale yeast. Bitterness is reasonably well balanced with some residual malt sweetness. Cascade hops were used for all hop additions, contributing floral and citrus notes to the brew.

Growler pours out light copper color topped with a white head. Nose is grassy citrus hops and bread malts. Taste is more of the light hops and some cereal malts.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is an orange-amber color with a medium pillowy off-white head that recedes slowly. Sheet of lacing on the glass. Nice citrus and hops aroma with a bit of malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, toasted malt and sweet fruit. The finish is hoppy with a lingering malt and fruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
