We throw over 40 pounds of hops into this beer. Why? Because we can, and people love it! This beer has a complex hop character, with citrus and earth in the nose, and flavor, and a sustained, but moderate hop tongue that is tempered by a monster crystal malt bill that balances this beer out.

Tap at brewpub. Hazy orange pour with a mountain of beige head and tons of sticky lacing. Aroma tells the storey here; full of citrus, caramel, and tropical fruits. Lively. Nice smack your lips hop presence. More citrus, some faded hops, caramel, and good lingering hoppiness. Sometimes I just love a DIPA at this stage in it’s life. Winner at SR.
