Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt - yeast, light to moderate yeasty, vwgetables, light cooked corn. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120515]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish and light breadish. Bitter, citric, estery and fruity. Dry, wheaty and citric finish.

clear golden, smooth white head. mild flowery aroma, very mild spicy hoppy. flavor is spicy hoppy, slightly wheaty, bitter uk hopping.

500ml bottle. Pours orange gold with a thin, frothy head. Aroma is spicy wheat. Taste is a bit bland to start. Strong wheaty finish. Touch of veg, in a good way.

Cask at the jerusalem Tavern. Warm malty aroma, bread, fruit, light hops. Nice malty falvor, warm biscuits, sweet grains, touch of sour, nice hoppy finish. Slightly spjcy. Rounded and nice. Pretty dark gold.

500ml bottle brought back home from Centra Colosseum in Oslo and shared with Finn. Crystal clear, amber body. Fragile lacing. Pale malty aroma with fruity hints. The taste contains malted wheat, citric fruits and lighter notes of spices. Smooth bitter hops to the ending. Rather different compared to a German weissen (Tromsø, 17.11.2010).

Flaske 0,5l påspandert av Rune og delt med ham i WC-veien 17 Nov 11. Gylden. Høyt luftig skum. Filigranser på glasset. Svakt metallisk aroma. Litt gress & frukt i smaken. Fruktig ettersmak. Hveteøl? Minner mer om et godt pilsnerøl.

Big offwhite head. Coppery body. Papery wheaty earthy aroma with floral fruity notes. Dry-sweetish earthy fruity plasticky taste with floral peas notes. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dryish fruity citric mealy earthy aftertaste with wheaty strawy notes. Very nice. Highly drinkable, and full of character. (0.5l bottle, Centra, Oslo.)

50cl bottle, K-market Vantaa. Poured clear golden color with a foamy white head. Fruity floral aroma. Flavor similar, sweet malty, slightly bitter finish. Not exactly what I expected. Where is the wheat?

(Cask at Jerusalem Tavern, Farringdon, London, 23 April 2008) Golen yellow colour, cloudy, with white foamy head. Fruity, sweetish nose with lemon and wheat-flour dough. Fruity taste with a citric wheat character and lemon. Kind of sweet and sour. Slightly artificial, with a slight bitterness in the finish. Refreshing, but hardly my first choice of wheat beer or my first choice of a St Peter’s beer.
