This beer is amber in hue with an energetic and rich flavour. A touch of malted sugar balances the bitterness. Mixed with the bite of the alcohol it has a distinctly refreshing flavour.

On tap at Ølfestival 2012. A clear, pale golden beer topped by a finger-thick, off-white head. Some alcohol on the nose, fruity and hoppy, with hay and some peppery notes. A bit warming on the palate, full-bodied and lightly bitter. Hay, fruityness and some faint peppery notes. Quite fruity finish with some bitterness. A decent one that didn’t ring any of my bells. 120510

Draft @ DØE BeerFest 2012. Pours a golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty slightly spicy aroma. Fruity malty grainy malty weak cardboard flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak spicy hoppy finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120510]

100ml, tap at Ølfestival 2012, Tap1, Carlsberg. Near clear, light golden body. Airy white head. Modest smell of pale malts. Grassy fruits and pale malts in flavour, moderate vapour of alcohol sweetness. Mid-dry mouth feel. Drinkable (Copenhagen, 10.05.2012).

Boks 0,33l. Gave fra Rune. Drukket hjemme 19 Mai 12. Lysegul. Høyt luftig skum som fester seg til glasset. Søt alkoholpreget maltaroma. Smaken er tørr malt & julekaker! Ettersmaken er alkoholsøt.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and smooth toasted malty and crisp hoppy. Ends dry, phenolic and caramelish. Smooth caramelish.

Draught. Mild grainy and dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Subtly sweet malt flavour with a good dusty feel to it. A bit caramelly, but good.
