Bottle 12fl.oz.Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty nutty, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, grass, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, soured milk. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120515]

Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, caramel and wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, bread, and caramel, leading to a lightly tart finish. I don’t know if it is supposed to be like this, but it’s not too bad. Thanks pinball for sharing.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is mild spiced, toasted malty and light milky. Milky, toasted malty and citric. Citric and milky finish mixed with a dark roasted malty base.

cloudy brown, small offwhite head. roasted malty aroma, dry malts, dry caramel, fait citrussy or woody note. flavor is tart and sour, roasted malts.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy off-white head. Some sweet pumpernickel aroma, very authentically German. Medium body, a little caramel but then the massive lactic tartness comes rushing in overpowering anything else. Horribly infected. 150512
