On tap at edge boise pours out a light straw color topped with a small head. nose is some vanilla fruit notes rose and some tartness. taste is more of the vanilla citrus a light sour note and a rose end.

Tap @ Edge. Slightly darker golden pour than the house saison, high clarity, and a sliver of a short lived head. Slight rosey hue. More emphasis on the florals in the nose and a little bit less malty. Same in the taste. I liked this more than the house saison and having had them back to back it’s hard not to rate by comparison... Still, both are outside the boundaries of typical offerings in the style.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear deep golden witha scant brief head and only traces of lacing. Very faint pale llight malt aroma. Fairly bitter in a pilsener kind of way. If this is what rose hips tastes like...now I know.
