On tap at postmodern boise. First off I can’t believe I have not rated this one. It is the best beer they make in my opinion. Pours out black topped with a tan head. nose is roast ashy brine from the oysters and some sweetness. taste is more of roster very nice mineral brine along great with a nice end.

On Tap at the Boise brewery Black with a coarse tan head. Slightly sweet mild roast flavors chocolate. . Some mineral and almost briney character. Presumably from the oysters.
