On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big fresh lemon nose. Light sourness, some big tart lemons, a bit of biscuit malt. Light smoke. Interesting.

On tap at baerlic pub Portland. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is lemon black licorice and a spice. Taste is as the nose with lots of citrus spice and nice sweetness.

[2/25/15] Draught at Baerlic Brewing in Portland. Clear yellow. Spicy aroma with phenols and some lemon peel. Flavor has mild sweetness, spice, citrus, and a bitterish zesty finish. Medium-bodied.
