On Tap at Bier Thirty, Boise. Hazy golden with a big dense lasting white head. Light slightly papery wheat malt aroma. Big soft wheat flavors. Bready and mild. The Belgian yeast character is subtle. A fairly "American" Belgian Wit.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Salmon River pub. Pours out a light hazy pale straw with a small white ring of a head. Nose is belg yeast lemons banana and bread. Taste is as the nose with a lemon grass spice and some sweetness.
