Half barley and half wheat malt with fresh ground ginger added during the boil. A very light ale with a blast of ginger flavor.

Draft: Dusty yellow pour with a modest white head and some of the stickiest lacing I’ve ever seen. Nose of ginger and cloves, just a bit of earthiness. Taste is rich with ginger, citrus, light wheat notes, and some misc spices. Light bodied, easy to drink, but the ginger is a little too dominant.

On Tap at the brewpub. LIght slightly hazy golden color with a nice presistant white head that left sticky lacing. Aroma was some slight Ginger, but mainly the typical wheat malts of an American Wheat. Flavor had a little more of the spiciness which I thought was the right amount to be complimentary but not too up front. Soft light wheat beer palate and littel other bittering flavors. Late slight spicy trailer.
