Bionda di color giallo carico tendente al dorato, con schiuma bianca di buona persistenza. Celtic è una birra che rivisita lo stile kölsch. Con note floreali ed erbacee, date dai luppoli Kazbek e Saaz e sentori di miele e cereale dati dai malti, pulisce il palato con un finale secco e lievemente amaro. Ottima in abbinamento a piatti delicati, primi e secondi a base di pesce e verdure.

Bottle at GBBF 2011. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is white bread, yeast, butter and light floral. The taste is butter, lemon, cereal, floral, biscuit and light alcohol. Light bodied and high, fizzy carbonation. Ok.
