Wood keg @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy head on top. Wood, subdued smoke and fresh grassy hops. Smooth, dry and hoppy flavor with a woody and smokey note. Very pleasant and quaffable. Ends dry and hoppy. Re-Rate July 2013. Fresh from tap @ Zoiglstube. Caramel, bread, soft wood, smoke, bacon and grassy hops. Lovely. 3,6 - 4,2. Home field advantage does it good! Much fresher.

From wood keg. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of beech wood, malt, herbs, and hints of smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, herbs, straw, and beech wood, as well as hints of smoke, leading to dry finish.
