Bottle from Eataly, Milan
Hazy deep blond color, with high carbonation and creamy head. The aroma is mild, nothing special. The flavor is very smooth; there is a quite good Ale, with a clear presence of liquorice root, well blended together, better than I would have expected, soft; medium sweetness too.
Interesting.

On tap at Open Baladin. Clear amber beer, little white head. Softish palate with fine carbonation. Sweetish malt with some left of centre things going on - like licorice! Maybe a trace of citrus. Finishes smooth and little malty. Interesting! (Didn’t know at the time of drinking this had licorice in it!)

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma. On the beer list as "Openoir". IPA? Pours dark brown with a creamy light tan head. Mildly sour aroma (very, very mild). Med body. Flavor is roast malt with mild grapey sour. Light hop in the finish. Lovely beer.
