Appearance: Clear golden color. Medium, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter.
Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Bottle: Golden, clear, mid-sized white head with a good lace, moderate grainy-malty nose with a delicate touch of aromatic hops; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; mild lingering Saazy finish with a pale-malty counterpart. Inoffensive, but nice Bohemian Pilsner…

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, vegetable, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, sugary, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

bottle from Pivotéka Zly Casy. Amber-golden colour, creamy off-white head. Intensively malta with a nice roasty-burnt touch, hints of caramel. Well rounded by a delicious hoppy finish, bitter-sweet overall impression.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. From Pivovarsky Klub. Pours clear golden with a creamy egg white head. Grassy, grainy and bready flavor and nose. Medium bodied. Rough bitter and dry end.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Biscuit and toffee malty aroma with a touch of grassy hops. Sweetish malty flavour with some grassy-herbal hops and a nice bitter finish

Draught at Prvni Pivni Tramway on June 2, 2011Clear golden to amber color, fluffy white head. Sweet, fruity, berry, sugary taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, malty, herbal scent.
