From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage and Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, 24.08.24. Clear golden. Not much head. Fine aroma and taste of ripe red apples, bitter apple peel, cider apples, sulphur. Sweetness is well balanced with bitterness.

Polycask @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Unclear medium orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, riped apples, sweet apples, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, barnyard, tart apple, light dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20111209]

From a polypin at the Wellington, Bristol 29/05/10. Golden coloured with slight carbonation. Slightly farty, barnyard aroma with some artificial sweetness. Flavour was similar, with some yeasty character and a rather heavy, saccharin sweetness. Ok.
