30 cl. botle @ home, bought @ Coop Culemborg Hazy light brown with a beige head. Malty aroma with some port/red wine notes. Taste is medium bitter and the body is fairly thick. A very tasty winterwarmer with a surprisingly smooth finish considering its ABV. very well done.

Sweet malt nose. Cloudy medium amber colour, good frothy beige head, fairly lasting, good lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, brown sugar, liquorice, yeast. Smooth taste, light heavy sweet and light bitter, roasted malts, toffee, light banana, spicy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity and spicy notes, warming alcohol (but well-hidden). Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, pleasant and solid bock, not super rich but very drinkable.

Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, some dark fruits, raisins, caramel, slight potatoes, spiciness. Feels surprisingly smooth. Drinkability is good for abv. Overall: very good, gets better as i drink it.

Tap: Amber coloured, small but lacy off white head; sweet nose of dried fruits, toasted malt, dark malt and hidden herbal hops; moderate sweet flavour, low bitterness, full bodied and soft; lingering sweet fruity and dark-malty finish with a light bitterness. A fine brew…

Bottle @ home shared by Joeren86. A bit hazy red color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, raisins, plums, caramel, lightly sweet. A bit thin bodied, some alcohol coming through, average to medium carbonation. Ok beer.
