(Bottle. - 2 months past BBE date) Slightly hazy very pale yellow. Aroma of tart apples, chilli that bites the nostrils and throat and a hint of sulphur. Light body, medium carbonation. Unusual and pleasant flavour. Predominantly apples to start, with a mix of sour and a hint of sweetness. The mid palate gets tarter and develops some subtle spicy notes. This develops into some chili heat that keeps growing in the finish. It’s a decent amount of chili heat, but the emphasis is on flavour not burn. The finish has a well rounded spiced apple aspect to it. Overall a very unusual drink, and one that I would happily drink again.
