Bomber from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a hazy straw color with a large pillowy white head. Average head retention. Aroma of grass, floral hops, faint pale malts and a mild green apple note. The taste is grainy malts, green apple, hay, faint earthy and grass and a tart finish. Thin-medium bodied. Almost a good beer, but it falls a little short.

Pours a light gold with a tall, long lasting, billowy white head. The aroma is light spice. The flavor is a bit washed out, but has some nice hop bitterness with a bit of sourness on the back end that detracts. A little muddled; it could be more crisp.

22 oz. bottle. Pours clear, pale yellow with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is apples, orange peels, coriander, and sourdough. The flavor is citrus sweetness and mild bitterness. The palate is light to medium, astringent, and clingy. Overall, this is a bright and flavorful pilsner, with complex nose, but an unpleasant mouthfeel.
