22oz bottle-courtesy decaturstevo-pours dark copper with a tan head. Aroma is sweet medium malt, spice. Taste is harsh spice/earthy hops, sweet medium malt, some sour fruit.

[pours clear dark brown with a minimal off-white head. Sweet malt aroma, caramel. The flavor vaguely resembles a Scotch Ale but needs more of everything. No major flaws, I was just expecting more from this one.

22 oz. bottle. Pours dark brown with amber hues. The head is thin, tan and bubbly, and leave little lacing. The aroma is heavy malts, maple syrup, oak, a little vanilla, and some spices. The flavor is grainy sweetness, and a little spiciness. The palate is medium to heavy, thick and grainy. Overall, this is a heavy, malty and delicious beer.
