Bottle 750ml. @ [ T.S.H.R.B.G.S.C.S.M.T (The Second Handrup RateBeer Gathering Special Cider Sake Mead Tasting) - Ebeltoft ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, wood notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, sugary, candy. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is fizzy - soft. [20120414]
