Bottle - Earthy, almost Woody honey notes with some sweet Apple. Clear pale gold. Bitter and sweet sticky Woody honey. Lemongrass in the finish. Not for me.

Bottle sampled at Sea Cider, pours a clear blonde. Nose brings it vinous notes, honey, and sweet apples in good balance. Flavour is a nice tart and vinous mix of white wine, medium sweet apples, honey and dry crisp skins. Really well-blended, with a lovely tart woody finish. Enjoyable stuff.

Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, oak. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Handbottle. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy pale yellow. Very dry aroma - like a dry white wine - and a little wood. Medium body, dry flowery honey accents with a discreet spiciness - and again this oaky note, although it doesn’t seem to be barrel aged. Delicious. 200412

Bottled. A hazy light golden cider. The aroma has notes of spices and over ripe apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and slightly rotten fruit, leading to a dry apply finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Corked bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Pale blond color, with a very light pinkish hue. The aroma is slightly medicinal, with very light traces of vanilla; later, some fresh aroma of apples. The mouthfeel is between dry and sweet; there is some tarty apple juice flavor, with some more sweetness than a regular cider (and much more alcohol), but no evident honey component; it has a mild vinous character. The final is lightly astringent.
Refreshing product, although too expensive for what you get.
