*The cider starts a bit watery, highly drinkable. The body could be a bit more deep, but nice cider-apple tart. Furry on the tongue. The aftertaste is medium, a bit watery and dry-tart. Ok.

Aroma is moderate apple, light vanilla - wood. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20120414]
