Served warm from keg at the Weinachtsmarkt in Stuttgart. Can’t tell the color, as it’s in a ceramic mug. Aroma is floral honey. Taste is sweet, full bodied. A decent change from gluwein.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering Ulfborg, 2012. Pours clear golden with no head. Honey, syrup and slight acetone. Medium bodied. Slick. Ok drinkable.

Bottle, at TFODRBSG 2012. An oily pour leaving a still, pale golden body. Mostly honey on the nose, some flowers too. Pleasant, but a bit dull. The same goes for the flavor. There’s honey off course, but it’s lacking a bit on strength. Flowers and a faint citrusy touch too. Some warmth in the mouth, hiding the alcohol quite well. Honey and alcohol in the finish. A decent one, but far from impressing. 120818

Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, flowery honey - nectar, pale honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, spicy honey, dry, alcohol, white wine - grape notes.
