Bottle 750ml. clear glass.[ Thx to fiulijn & The Cph Crew ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, sweet honey, more or less just plain honey, herbal notes Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and acidic notes with a average duration, honey, spicy notes, alcohol notes. More simple then the Herb. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120322]

75 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow, no head. Aroma is spiced honey floral. Sweet, candy like and slight wooden. Lingering easy sweet floral to honey flavoured. Slight sugarish. Sweet and floral finish.

Yellow color, lighter than the Herb. The aroma is light and a bit herbal. Good body; it’s a very sweet Mead, but not syrupy; there is a strong flavor of acacia honey, partially balanced by some acidity (not as much as the Herb); fruity touch too. Very pleasant, but not much complex.
