Genom att använda stora mängder humle, men bara efter kokets slut, får vi ut den bästa smaken och aromen ur humlen. Visst blir det lite beska också, för formler som beräknar beskan i öl stämmer inte om man gör en extrem produkt.
Many breweries making beer that has increasingly IBU and alcohol content, but we feel there are other ways to show creativity. Slottskällans Zero is an IPA without theoretical bitter, with an IBU of zero.
By using large amounts of hops, but only after the end of the cook, we get the best flavor and aroma from the hops. Sure it will be a little bitter, too, for formulas that calculate bitterness in beer is not true if taken to extreme product.

Bottle. Pours beautifully deep orange with a small white head.The taste is dominated by a heavy (too heavy) medicinal grapefruit fruitiness.

Otroligt fruktig med smak och doft av humle, citrus, passionsfrukt och godis. En tydlig grapebeska följer smakupplevelsen.

Bottled@Beer Hunters, Pori. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is rather grassy, floral, grainy and a bit malty. Flavour is grassy, dry hoppyness with some slight sweet maltyness.

Draught @ [ Stora ol - smaa bryggerier ] @ Malmo Brygghus, Bergsgatan 33, 214 22 Malmo, Sweden.Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity. moderate to heavy hoppy, apricot, grass notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sharp hops, fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120420]

cloudy yellow, small white head. flower and non-belgian yesty aroma. mild subdued bitterness. flavor is very hoppy, malt,y dry, nice very hoppy flavor.

Aroma is refreshing with fruity hops and hints of urinal cake. Flavour is hoppy with fruits, harsh and grainy malt, some urinal cake and hints of metal. Drinkable, although the metallic savors disturb a bit here. Feels actually a bit like a lager. The bitterness becomes rather unpleasant towards the end of the glass.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Very fresh and exotic hop aroma - presumably 7 hop varieties - Nelson Sauvin? Medium-bodied, sweet fruit base with tropical notes from the hops adding an extra dimension. Has a somewhat flat and tired mouthfeel. Ends with a distinct bitterness. 200412

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and herbal. Grassy, bitter, herbal and pinewood hoppy. Thick hoppy and bitter dry finish.

Draught at Bryggerifestival at Malmö Brygghus. Stor humledoft, massor av c-humle, citrus, tall, stramt torr och en riktigt tuff markant beska på 85 IBU. Lite endimensionell om man ska säga något negativt.
