Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks David Cohen. Clear golden. Aroma is salty, with lots of melon, brine, some lacto. Tart flavor, with melon, some lacto, saltiness. Rather light-bodied. Don’t like melon, but this is pretty decent actually.

Draft pour pint at Frankies Pizza. Hazy golden pour with a fluff foam head that fades. Melon like aroma. Flavor is sweet watermelon, hinted citrus tart, and some apple. Calling it refreshing is an understatement. Lingering tart. Very nice.

12 oz. can thank Willrunforbeer! Slightly hazy gold, thin head. Aroma is weak honeydew, watermelon, and salt.
The melon really comes through!! Wow, watermelon and cantaloupe. The salt is subtle with a mildly tartness through the center. Light body, snappy carbonation. Nice surprise!

Pour is a hazy golden with a large white head. I don’t get much of a melon from the aroma but I do get a nice lactic acid tartness with some fresh sea salt. Flavor is an eye opening tartness with a slight melon fruit and an even slighter salt. Very palate cleansing, thirst quenching and refreshing.

Can. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a yogurty earthy wheat with a melony tartness and a light hay note. Flavor has a really nice tart melon with a touch of lemon, some yogurt and a decent amount of wheat.

12oz can. 2016 fruit beer mania continues. I like this one better than the blood orange, as it maintains more of the deep sour Gose feel. Aggressively biting sour, with some candy watermelon tones on top of it. I like it, but beers are really weird these days. Sort of a one dimensional watermelon sour. Right on.
