Bottle 500ml. @ [ T.S.H.R.B.G.S.C.S.M.T (The Second Handrup RateBeer Gathering Special Cider Sake Mead Tasting) - Ebeltoft ].Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light honey, tart fruit - berry notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, tart, cheese, caramel, sweet honey notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120415]

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red-amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter very week caramellic flavor. Short light bitter finish. watery palate. I was a little disapointed.

Clear reddish brown with a lasting and creamy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and honey. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 150412

Bottle. Clear amber/brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and herbs. Flavour is malt, fruit, skunky, hops, little bitter, medium carbonation and a little watery.

Bottle, 50 cl from Kris Wines. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber/brown. Aroma and taste are malt, honey, nuts and caramel. Medium to high carbonation.

Cloudy brown beer, good off white head. Light airy semi dry palate. Sourish with an alarming trace of soap. Maybe a little honey. Dry minerally finish. Oh dear! Infected surely? Another poor beer from this once great brewer - really hope they can get it together again.
