Tap@Borefts 2016, Bodegraven - dark brown to black coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet malty and light roasty aroma and taste, toasty, caramel, brown sugar, cocoa, some nice bourbon infused wooden notes in the finish.

Keg at The Pint Shop, Oxford, Friday 28th October 2016 Quite a boozy affair, lots of bourbon, soft in the mouth with a real warmth, creamy. Sticky and sweet nose, ok so I accept that you can’t actually smell sticky and sweet but that’s what my mind thinks. Nice but a bit too boozy. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.5

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Deep amber-brown. Aroma of caramel, wine, fruitiness, vanilla, bourbon. Sweet flavor with vanilla, caramel, fruitiness, some alcohol.

Sampled at Borefts 2016, Bodegraven. Dark caramel pour with a thin tan head. Notes of bourbon, caramel, malt sugars, cherries and vanilla. Full body, light carbonation and a sweet finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish, slight fruity. Toasted, dry malty and caramelish. Sweet, toasted and light fruity. Toasted malty. Caramelish and toasted finish.

Dark red brown colour. Aroma is full of vanilla and wood. Flavour is warming, boozy and a bit spicy. Nice sweet Bourbon taste but the alcohol is a bit harsh.

On tap at Borefts ’16. Brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of lots of alcohol, varnish, wood, green apples, sweet malts. Flavour is sweet, malty, green apples, varnish, wood, some vanilla, needs time to mellow down I guess. Not keen on the varnish as well.

Draft @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Brune foncée, sans col, doré au verre. Arôme au nez plaisant de barrique, Bourbon bien present ajoutant de belels efluve sd evnaille, pointe de choco en rétro avec encore des effluves d’alcool arrivant sur la fin. Palais est malté, grillé, pointe de caramel, alcool chaleureux, impression de pomme caramélisée, vanille avec un léger poussiéreux sur la fin. Un peu huileux et épais.
